Additional info:

Squad training session open to all P.U.M.A. students. The session will cover technical Taekwon-Do in the first hour followed by sparring and fitness work in the second and third hour.

Payment can be made on the day by either cash or cheque. You will not need to complete a form on the day as long as you have registered in advance, one of the coaches collect the monies prior to the start of the session and simply note down names/the amount paid.
